The XC6220 series offers everything from a dropout voltage of only 20mV @ 100mA, quiescent current of only 8uA (in power save mode), output currents up to 1A and an internal thermal shutdown circuit to protect against over-heating. The XC6220 also incorporates Torex's "Green Operation" function which automatically monitors load current and puts the IC into a power save mode when load current is minimal. Available in SOT89-5, SOT-25 & USP-6C packages.
